Monday Morning, May 13, 2019- AM Jr. Gold, AM Sr. Silver & Sr. Gold @ DS

1 x 600- 300 swim freestyle, 300 reverse IM drill- go drill/kick on back by 50's
1:00 rest

12 x 75 @ 1:20 in sets of 6 (focus on UDK's to 8y throughout!)-
1-4, drill/drill/kick on back by 25's, 2 free then 2 NO FREE
5-6, choice kick desc 1-2 (middle round of 6 x 75 these can be with boards, others are on back)
Check HR, then 1:00 rest

All @ 2:00 rest-
30 minutes swim
20 minute pull with shnorkel
10 minute kick (go 100 on back, 50 with boards)
Check HR after each
