Wednesday Afternoon, May 8, 2019- PM Jr. Gold @ DS

1 x 600- 300 swim freestyle, 300 reverse IM drill- go drill/kick by 50's- kick on back
1:00 rest

6 x 150 @ 2:45 as follows-
100 drill/swim by 25's, then 50 kick on back- focus on UDK's to 8 yards & desc this 50 1-3/4-6
:30 rest, check HR, then...

10 minutes warmup "as you feel," keep it moving, be practical, be productive, be ready at the end!
(This is NOT social kick for ten minutes)
1:00 rest, check HR

MYSTERY SET- guess it and you don't have to do it!
We went BROKEN 300's kick, different from round to round, with a 100 drill between rounds

Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight & get excited for our meet this weekend. Have a great day!
