Wednesday Afternoon, May 22, 2019- PM Jr. Gold @ DS

1 x 600- 300swim freestyle, 300 reverse IM drill- go drill/kick on back by 50's
1:00 rest

14 x 75 as follows:
odds- 25 breast kick with boards (feel glide), 50 choice drill- different drill each odd 75
evens- IM kick by 25's, fly with boards, free/breast on back (UDK's! to 8y)
9 x 100 as follows:
odds- swim free br 3/5 by 50's- desc 1-5, @ 1:30
evens- kick on back/with boards by 50's  FAST @ 1:40
1:00 rest, check HR

Filthy Kicking Wednesday- last one inside!
8 sets of:
3 x 50 kick as follows:
odds- choice kick on back @ :50, focus on UDK's
#2- all out FAST with boards @ :40
1 x 150 FAST for time- 100 kick with boards, 50 swim in primary stroke (target 200 GP here)
1:00 rest between sets, check HR
