Tuesday Afternoon, May 14, 2019- PM Jr. Gold @ DS

1 x 600- 300 swim freestyle, 300 reverse IM drill- go skulling/drill/drill/kick by 25's
1:00 rest

All @ :10 rest-
4 x 75- 25 breast kick on back, 50 fist free br3
6 x 50- 25 swim (build), 25 drill (same stroke, change after 3- okay)
1:00 rest, check HR

Everybody together, 2 sets of:
6 x 50-
odds- drill/kick by 25's @ 1:00, build the kick
evens- swim/kick @ :50- build the swim to a FAST TURN
6 x 25-
odds- swim build to 200 setup @ :25
evens- swim 15 FAST/10 drill ("15/10") @ :35
EXCEPT...
Middle 2 x 25 are kick with the boards, same as above
1:00 rest after 2nd set, check HR

LONG SWIM-
3 times through:
200 swim/kick on back by 100's- eyeball time
100 drill
200 swim/kick by 100's- faster than 1st 200
100 drill
200 swim/kick by 100's- fastest of the 3 x 200
Go free/primary/IM by round, be sure to descend the 200's 1-3 in each round

If there is time...
25's kick with boards, 2 each @ :50, :45, :40, :35, :30, :25, :20, :15....how low can you go?!?
Go "partner style" and be sure to do the same kick as your partner.

Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight and get excited to train outside of doors (TWO WEEKS!). Have a great day!
