RACE DAY!!
In two groups for each:
3 x 125 race free
3 x 100 race IM (regular 100 IM, except the freestyle leg is kick on back)
3 x 75 race in primary stroke (NO FREE)- go 50 swim, 25 kick with boards
3 x BROKEN 150's kick with boards- 3 x 50 @ :10 rest, 1 free, 1 primary, 1 IM
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Do an excellent job in school today and get excited ot race at our meet next weekend. Have a great day!
